Top French Schools in Montpellier 2024 – Candid Reviews

The quaint city of Montpellier cannot be overlooked as one of the most thriving student cities in the south of France. This city is perfect if you are eager to hit your 10k step goal. The city is built for pedestrians and students alike. You will find friendly locals and international students, all willing to bond over aperitivos and hearty conversations about your home country.

Schools on this page have been selected based on client reviews from independent sites, popularity (research of annual student intake), and appeal to different student types and budgets. Poorly rated schools have been discarded.
Every language school on this page has been personally visited by me. I’ve inspected the classrooms, facilities, and spoken with students and staff. My reviews reflect my honest opinion. I never accept money from schools. If you book through a link on this site, LingoTraveller may earn a commission from LanguageCourse.net, and you’ll pay less than booking directly with the school. Win-win. Click on the schools to see my detailed review and YouTube video of each school visit.

4 Accent Français Montpellier Full Review

The good

  • Modern building.

  • Great location (7 minutes from Place de la Comédie).

The bad

  • The teachers change often weekly, which affects the “atmosphere” of the classes.
  • Your class schedule changes weekly (from AM to PM and vice versa).

Ideal for students who want a small school, with a family atmosphere.

If you are looking for a small school with a family atmosphere at an affordable price in Montpellier, Accent Français would be the perfect school for you. Admittedly, this school was my “coup de coeur” in Montpellier.
